Frequently asked questions
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes, we are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
Can I return artwork?
Because of the high-value/fragile nature of Originals, they are final sale. However, we do offer replacements or returns for prints or merchandise damaged in transit.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and in Canada. We carefully select our partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
Please use our contact form if you are interested in shipping internationally and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Please note that international buyers are responsible for any customs/duties.
Are your original paintings ready to hang?
No, unless otherwise noted, the original artwork requires custom framing.
What is your printing process?
We work with a local Brooklyn-based, artist owned printer for bespoke print service. They specialize in Archival Pigment Prints (or giclée prints). Our prints are made on archival Hahnemühle paper with archival ink ensuring that the prints we make will last generations.
What is the difference between an Open and Limited Edition print?
Our Open Editions do not have a set limit but all are hand-signed. Our Limited Editions are capped at a specific number stated in the specific print’s description and will never be reproduced once sold out. All of our Limited Editions are hand-signed and numbered and come with a Certificate of Authenticity.
